Our fees are standardized and are based on the time and skill required for each procedure. They are comparable to fees charged in this and neighboring communities by other competent gynecologists. An estimate of the charge for any procedure will be given to you when requested and we encourage you to ask.

For routine office visits we request payment of copay or other patient responsibility at the time the service is rendered. The billing process is very expensive, and in following this policy together, we can all help keep the cost of medical care under control.

Larger fees…such as surgery…can impose a burden on the financial resources of a family. We are pleased to cooperate with you in establishing a payment program that will not create a hardship. Please contact the bookkeeper. If you have medical insurance we will gladly assist you in completing your insurance form for surgery care. However, the responsibility for payment remains solely with you, the patient. If payment from your insurance company has not arrived within thirty days, we will look to you for payment.
