We welcome and encourage you to call the office if you need to get in touch with us for any reason. Please make non-emergency calls between 9:00 a.m. And 4:30 p.m. So your records will be available. When you call the office the receptionist will usually answer the phone. She will either schedule an appointment or channel your call to the person with whom you need to speak. If the physician or his assistant is busy with a patient, the receptionist will take your call and relay your message. Your call will be returned later in the date. Sometimes this may be after office hours.

For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911. Other urgent or emergency calls are accepted at all hours.
